Run · IT Consulting & Digital Transformation
IT consulting and digital transformation with a plan you can follow.
We help leadership teams make sound technology decisions, from choosing the right tools to modernising how work gets done. The advice comes from people who build software every day, so roadmaps are grounded in what is practical to deliver.
01Problems we solve
If this sounds familiar, we can help.
Too many disconnected tools
Subscriptions pile up, data lives in silos and nobody is sure which system is the source of truth.
Paper and spreadsheet processes
Manual steps slow the team down, introduce errors and make growth harder than it should be.
Big decisions without a technical voice
Choosing platforms or suppliers without senior technical input leads to costly lock-in and rework.
Transformation that stalls
Ambitious plans lose momentum when they are not broken into steps the team can actually take.
02What we build
Senior technical judgement, available when you need it.
- 01
Technology strategy
A clear view of where your systems are today and what should change to support your goals.
- 02
Digital transformation roadmaps
Phased plans that sequence changes by value and risk, with owners and decision points.

06FAQ
IT Consulting questions.
What does a fractional CTO actually do?
It is senior technical leadership on a part-time basis: setting direction, reviewing decisions, advising on hiring and keeping suppliers accountable. It suits companies that need the judgement but not a full-time hire yet.
Do you only recommend software you build?
No. Often the right answer is an existing product, configured well. We will recommend off-the-shelf tools when they fit and only suggest custom development when it is genuinely the better option.
Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?
Yes. We regularly work with in-house teams and other suppliers, focusing on strategy and decisions while they continue with day-to-day support.
What do we get at the end of a consulting engagement?
Written outputs you can act on: a systems map, prioritised roadmap and clear recommendations. We present them to your leadership team and answer questions so the plan is understood.
Do you also implement the roadmap?
We can deliver much of it ourselves, from software and integrations to cloud and automation. You are free to use other suppliers too, and we will help keep the work aligned.
